The Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced in our Oil Mill is produced by exclusively mechanical or physical procedures, with no other treatment than washing and crushing the olives, decanting, pressing and filtering. It is a 100% natural product, which preserves the flavour, aromas and vitamins of the fruit and reflects the tradition and culture of the land where it comes from: La Rioja. Our oil is protected by the Designation of Origin "Aceite de La Rioja", it is an organic product and the lands where our olive trees are grown are in the Alhama Valley, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO.

Named ‘the flower of the garden’ for his characteristic shape, Navarre grows the variety "Blanca de Tudela". Tudela's artichoke is one of the vegetables of Navarra more praised by restorers and gourmets. BABY BROAD BEANS IN OLIVE OIL

The baby broad beans m. THE TUDELANA, are made by fresh raw material, calibrated with extreme care, selecting the entires and smallest ones with a green olive tonality. 
They have a very soft texture and a flavor with light acidity. They stand out for being a highly energetic food, due to his high contained in proteins besides the vitamins.
